• What is the return policy?

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please find out more about our return policy here. 

• What are the shipping options? 

We offer both standard and express shipping via Australia Post.

• When will I receive my order?

Please allow up to 48 hours to post your order and to email your tracking number. Delivery times vary depending on demand. All orders are posted via Australia Post and may take between 4-10 business days

     •  Some cards are a bit tight to slide?

The game componenets are machined with such exact tolerances that some units may experience a slight tightness when new. If this occurs just symply apply a small amount of soap or candlewax on the edge of the card.

     •  Is SIX CUBED suitable for children?

SIX CUBED  contains small round playing pieces made from glass that could be a potential choking hazard for small children. 

     •  Can i purchase individual pieces ?

SIX CUBED'S delicate balance between clarity and strength is such that it is possible for pieces to break or scratch if not handled with care. For this reason replacement components are sold separatly.

     •  How long does a game play last?

Play lasts approx 30-60 minutes. depending on how many players.

     •  What is the game made of?

The clear board game is made from laser cut acrylic. The playing pieces is made from glass. The color was chemically fused onto it in the manufacturing process and will not wear off.
